The project developer is Tehelna, Inc. Company. It is a part of GRAFOBAL GROUP development, a. s., development, Inc. which has been operating on the Slovak market since 2008. It oversees the complete implementation of the residential, office and retail projects – starting the plan assessment, the study preparation all the way to implementation itself, sales, administration and operation of the projects. The part of its portfolio are the resident projects such as Racany Bianco, Tehelne pole or the complete renovation of KOCH gynecological obstetric sanatorium. The company has received several awards for the last mentioned project.
